Name: Rob Sabin
Position at WCYP: County Director
Employed since: June 1999

I started working for the Association in June 1999 as the Climbing Wall Project Co-ordinator.  Initially this post was part time, but due to the success of the project, it became full time. In 2002, I took responsibility for the activity programme, including the climbing wall project and in April 2003, I became the County Director of Warwickshire Association of Boys' Clubs, now known as Warwickshire Clubs for Young People.

My interests include kayaking and snowboarding and I have extensive experience of delivering and organising outdoor activities, sports and residential experiences for young people. I am a Four Star, Level Three trained kayak coach and I have been involved in many canoeing and kayaking programmes at a local and nationally level. I have gained a great deal over the years as a result of being involved in outdoor and challenging activities and I want to pass these opportunities on to young people so that they may benefit as much as I have. I believe that working for Warwickshire Clubs for Young People enables me to do this!
