ACTIVITY DAY 2009

On Saturday 26th September 2009 Warwickshire Clubs for Young People held it's third Annual Outdoor Activity Day. The day took place at Blackwell Court which is a 50 acres site in Bromsgrove, dedicated to providing quality outdoor activities to young people. The day started with the young people taking part in a number of team building activities. They then went on the do some Outdoor Climbing, tackle the High Ropes Course and have a go on the second longest Zip Wire in Europe.

A number of WCYP affiliated clubs took part in the day. We had Young People from, Willenhall ABC in Coventry, The Bradby Club in Rugby and Coventry Boys' Club. All the Young People that took part in the day had an enjoyable time and are already looking forward to more of the same next year.

This event has now been on the calendar for three years and is getting better each time, with this year being no different. It was a wonderful day with a good time had by all.
