GLENBORRDALE - WHITNASH YOUTH CLUB - 2009

During the February half-term holiday Warwickshire Clubs for Young People, in partnership with Whitnash Youth Club and the Youth and Community Service embarked on a residential trip to the Glenborrodale Outdoor Activity Centre in Scotland. This is the third year running that the trip has taken place and has now turned into a successful annual residential. The trip consist of a week of outdoor activities including an environmental day intended to teach the young people more about the countryside and contribute to the upkeep of the centre.

The Centre is unique in its setting and extremely isolated. As a result the young people are fully responsible for them selves during the week and have to do all their own cook and cleaning. For some this is more of a challenge then the Outdoor Activities.
