WCYP FISHING

On Saturday 22^nd September WCYP held its Annual Fishing Tournament at Kingfisher Pool in Warwick. It was nice to see this event back on the calendar after its year out due to a lack of entries. This year we had 6 young people enter from Dosthill Boys' Club all in the under 16 age group. They enjoyed four hours of fishing and managed to pick up some tip throughout the day. Matthew Evans scooped all the prizes on offer with a fish weighing in at 14oz closely followed by Ryan Kindon with a 4oz fish and an over all catch weighing in at 9oz. Thank you to Pauline and all the staff and helpers from Dosthill Boys' Club who all helped to make the day run smoothly. Hopefully we will see more of you there next year and build on the success of this year's event.
